How much does landscape lighting cost in Northwest Ohio?
Most landscape lighting projects in the Lima and Findlay area fall between $5,000 and $15,000. It depends on the size of the property, how many fixtures make sense, and what you’re trying to accomplish. We don’t quote from a price sheet. Every proposal is built around your specific home, and we offer tiered options so you can start with what matters most and build from there.
Do your Christmas light installation services include takedown and storage?
Yes, always. We install, maintain throughout the season, take everything down after the holidays, and store your lights until next year. You don’t touch a ladder. Most of our Christmas lighting clients in Lima, Findlay, and Perrysburg have been with us for multiple seasons because the process is that easy.
What is permanent roofline lighting and how does it work?
Permanent roofline lighting uses small LED fixtures that we install once along your roofline and they stay there year-round. You control the color and schedule from your phone. Red and green for Christmas, your team’s colors on game day, or a clean white for everyday use. During the day you barely notice them. At night they’re the thing everyone asks about.
Do you use subcontractors for installations?
Never. Every installation, service call, and seasonal job is done by our own team. That’s not an accident — it’s how we make sure the quality stays consistent and that whoever shows up actually knows your system because they installed it. We’re a small local business and we plan to keep it that way.

What fixtures do you use and how durable are they?
We install fixtures from Sterling Lighting — nearly all virgin brass, built for long-term outdoor use. These aren’t products you can pick up at a hardware store. Most carry a lifetime fixture warranty and 10-year LED coverage. We spec them specifically for Northwest Ohio’s freeze-thaw conditions because we’ve seen what happens when you don’t.
